CIT | Ages 14-15
Eagle Fern's CIT (Counselor-in-Training) Program is dedicated to helping 14-15 year-olds who love God and love kids, gain knowledge and experience in counseling. Their training will take place during Day Camp as they serve as a counselor to our youngest campers. Each CIT will be responsible for completing their daily devotional, attending and participating in afternoon training sessions, and completing their daily assignments, practicing what they've been learning. CITs are also responsible to their lead counselor at Day Camp and the Day Camp directors. CITs will be evaluated at the end of Day Camp, and those who have successfully completed the program can go on to counsel at our overnight Intermediate Camp (July 6-13).
